Cannot recommend Thistle Trade Group Ltd highly enough. From start to finish they were absolutely brilliant. They completely transformed my kitchen and separate dining room into one huge room which we all love. They completed the job within my budget and within their time frame, even putting in extra hours in the day when there was a delay (not their fault, issues with the electrics in my house which they fixed even though it wasn’t part of the job). Sean and his team were also brilliant with my little boy (who decided he was scared of all the loud noises) and my big friendly labrador (who decided all these workmen were his new best friends!) Will definitely be using them again for any future projects.

Builder Recommendation!!We have just finished a large extension project in our house. We used Thistle Trade Group and were really impressed with Lee in the office, Sean as the foreman and all his trades. Clear pricing and finished within our deadline. I would totally recommend them and the quality of their work. Also – we installed a new alarm system using SSS (safe simple secure). Fab system and amazing customer service. On January 28, I found my basement totally covered with about 3 inches of sewage. AP Plumbing was working on unplugging the sewar line at my house. They called Blue Bear to come help cleanup because they needed to open up the cover on the sewar line which released a lot of water/sewage in my basement. Blue Bear showed up on short notice and cleaned up the mess and left equipment here for a number of days to dry the basement out.They did a fantastic job. We had a sewer overflow in our basement, it was an unbelievable mess with soaked boxes, carpet and drywall. Blue Bear was amazing—they came the same day we called them and set up dehumidifiers and fans to get on top of the moisture and remove the odor. As soon as we made the insurance claim, Chuck dealt with our insurance company to document what was needed to get approval. As soon as we had coverage, Ish, Ty and Rob did an amazing job disinfecting the area, removing all contaminated material, and documenting damage for the insurance company. We were so impressed at the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their helpfulness. They followed up on a daily basis to make sure there was no remaining moisture, answered all of our questions, and helped move things back into place. Blue Bear quickly responded to my phone call. Within a day a crew came to my house to evaluate the situation and placed 3 dehumidifiers to help with moisture in basement. Blue Bear suggested I submit a claim with my homeowners insurance. Blue Bear emailed an estimate to me for services needed for mold removal on basement walls and removing other affected materials. 13 fans and dehumidifiers were installed to dry out the affected areas. Over a period a few weeks the Blue Bear technicians made almost daily visits to monitor moisture levels. These technicians were courteous, professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. This process took time to dry out and Blue Bear made sure my basement was 100% dry before removing their equipment and other materials used to block off the affected area. I highly recommend Blue Bear. Thank you for due diligence.
