As recent first time buyers, the renovation of a room can be daunting. The vision to see the sequence of skills and trades required at various stages of a large project is something we have no experience with whatsoever, and therefore it was essential we brought in Minley Developments expertise to oversee every stage of the transformation. My wife and I handed over the keys and returned to a superb renovation and bathroom that now upstages the rest of our house! There were a few challenges that needed to be overcome due to the quality of previous DIY jobs, but Jon and his team did not grumble and swiftly found solutions to every problem encountered. Having been dissatisfied with the last contract security provider that I used on our Cross rail project in East London I took the decision to give Zone Security Contractors the main guarding and CCTV contracts. Zone Security Contractors have really stepped up to the challenge of securing a large major high profile construction project. The onsite guards are well managed by the Zone Security Manager. The guards carry out their varied duties in an efficient manner and are good time keepers. Unexplained absences and sickness have really declined since the guards changed employer to Zone Security Contractors. A number of the guards have received Cross Rail awards for their performance whilst carrying out their duties. Although the Zone security division is a new addition to Zone Contractors have no hesitation in recommending them for future guarding contracts especially within the construction industry.
