The Issue There is a growing statutory requirement for site-specific archaeological desk-based research, walkover and geophysical surveys, evaluations, and extensive archaeological excavation before redevelopment or site disposal. Without prior knowledge of the archaeological potential and proper preparation, these requirements can cause significant disruption and delays, potentially jeopardizing the viability of the entire project. The Objective KAP conducts pre-planning application archaeological investigations on all types of sites to assess their archaeological potential.
