I have to say, these guys are angels in disguise! I had a terrible problem with another firm who had very poor workmanship, so water was backing-up in the pipes. John and his super friendly team were so helpful, understanding and sympathetic. They went over and above the call of duty to help and get to the bottom of the problem. Jamie and his team completely refurbished our old cold bathroom. They insulated the walls floor and ceiling. Put in underfloor heating and an amazing walk in shower. Jamie from Axis plumbing came to fit my outdoor tap and was brilliant. Friendly and professional, he fitted the tap really quickly and cleaned up when he was finished. Embarrassed to say that having called Axis in to replace a leaking outside tap,their man,Jamie, arrived when they said he would and sorted it out in a couple of minutes, Because he was in the area ,he refused my offer of payment and simply asked me to pass the name on if the opportunity arose.
