I had 3 bulk bags of top soil and a bulk bag of golden gravel delivered yesterday. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the driver but he was so helpful, polite and friendly. We didn’t think we would be able to have them dropped over into the back garden as we’d been told by a previous driver it wasn’t possible however the driver yesterday asked where we were putting the stones and soil, came round to assess it and dropped them into our back garden. Please could a massive Thankyou be passed onto the driver as this saved us hours of extra work and really made a difference to us! He was so friendly, polite and an absolute credit to the company!

Just wanted to say we are so impressed with Thorncliffe ! The insulation dropped off yesterday was stacked neatly. Also the skip was put there and fencing placed back neatly. This is the care of service that sets Thorncliffe above any other local merchant. All other products we’ve ordered from other merchants have certainly not been handled in this way. I also have to say Thorncliffe are always first with a quote whereas others take much longer and some don’t even bother to do the quote.

It might not have gone unnoticed to you but there is a supplier of fence panels very close to where I live. However, when it comes to customer service Thorncliffes stand head and shoulders above everyone. We were so impressed by Mike and his crew!!  We found Mike to be highly professional and knowledgeable!  He is kind and considerate and completely unfettered by the ongoing demands of a project in progress and in flux.  He listened intently and helped us figure out our options to come up with the best plan for our property and needs.  And if that wasn't enough, I've never met harder working or more efficient guys!! I could not believe how quickly they were able to complete our project! It was clear that we were their priority and doing right by us was a given. We came to trust Mike completely.  My family and I plan to use him regularly!

From start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Mike and Stone Creek Landscape Construction. Mike and his crew landscaped our front and backyards, including rock removal, plant and tree removal, planting of new plants and trees, replacement of rock with mulch, and some stone work. The result was neat, manicured yards, which were exactly what we wanted. Mike also gave us fantastic suggestions for plants and trees during the whole process.
