Rayleigh Installations have just finished my bathroom and wow! Absolutely love it. From start to finish it has been an absolute pleasure. The attention to detail is outstanding. Andrew spent time initially, Listening to my ideas and what I wanted. He then. He then offered suggestions, showed me numerous samples, planned the outlay of it all and was just generally fabulous all round. When I wanted something a bit different he contacted the supplier and dealt with them. Took any pressure off me completely. Honestly don’t know what to say regarding the teamwork of Andrew and Sean. professional, polite, perfectionists. In my opinion their work is outstanding. I can usually find fault somewhere, no matter how small, but I am still looking and can’t find anything. Communication is good. I always felt I knew what was going on and what was coming next. AJ construction were fantastic and converted our old tired bathroom into a modern beautiful room. Their workmanship is excellent but we had a few other problems which they could not have been more helpful with. We discovered a serious roof leak and they were able to help us immediately. Sorting a quote and promptly including the work. Again doing a fantastic job. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I cant praise James from AJ Construction highly enough. Needed some urgent structural remediation carried out from a previous builder’s attempts at doing a chimney stack removal. James worked completetly unaided and supervised, managed structural engineer and building inspector visits and left the property fully decorated and in a very presentable condition. Quote was correct and I did not have to be involved at any point of the work. I would use AJ Construction again without thinking twice. A real builder who knows what they are doing.

AJ have just completed around 4 months extensive refurbishment works we needed doing at our house. First job was the new patio which looks great and was installed tirelessly despite the Saharan weather this summer. We then had various internal works completed including refurbishment of bedrooms, knocking through walls, loft boarding and kitchen installation. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. Always punctual and reliable. Prices laid out clearly and fairly. Worked well with other trades. Keep up the good work chaps, look forward to working together again in future.

If you want a job well done at a reasonable price we would recommend this company. They were always on time If there was anything special that you wanted done they worked hard to do it to your satisfaction. At the end of every day they left our property clean and tidy. I am so happy with our new bathroom and the work that was put into it. James is the boss but we had Aaron who is such a hardworker and has attention to detail, he worked so hard to get the job done. Even when I bought the wrong things they helped and advised me what to get. I also liked how they came up with the idea of new cupboard space.
