I cannot recommend Groundworks Driveways enough! They did an excellent job with my back garden. Always punctual and every step of the way confirmed what I wanted and where I wanted it. Groundworks have block paved my entire 6 car drive to the highest standard in only 2 and a half days. The team have worked extremely hard from early until late, they have a very polite manner and the drive looks amazing. I genuinely have not seen better work elsewhere; I had viewed dozens of drives before ours was done to get some ideas of what to have. They knew exactly what he was talking about when we asked him to advise us- which we are so glad we did! I cannot recommend Groundworks Driveways and Patios Limited enough.

I had 3 bulk bags of top soil and a bulk bag of golden gravel delivered yesterday. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the driver but he was so helpful, polite and friendly. We didn’t think we would be able to have them dropped over into the back garden as we’d been told by a previous driver it wasn’t possible however the driver yesterday asked where we were putting the stones and soil, came round to assess it and dropped them into our back garden. Please could a massive Thankyou be passed onto the driver as this saved us hours of extra work and really made a difference to us! He was so friendly, polite and an absolute credit to the company!

Just wanted to say we are so impressed with Thorncliffe ! The insulation dropped off yesterday was stacked neatly. Also the skip was put there and fencing placed back neatly. This is the care of service that sets Thorncliffe above any other local merchant. All other products we’ve ordered from other merchants have certainly not been handled in this way. I also have to say Thorncliffe are always first with a quote whereas others take much longer and some don’t even bother to do the quote.

J W Asbestos and Demolition Service responded immediately to an enquiry and provided an excellent service, taking the place at short notice of a firm that had recently ceased to trade.Asbestos cement parts of a church rainwater pipe were to be dismantled, bagged and removed, leaving cast iron sections of the same pipe intact and safe for follow-on work. Two operatives arrived punctually. Once they had inspected the site, they briefly explained what they would do and then carried out the work quickly and efficiently.
