I found Michael and his team when they were working on a drive nearby. I had previously called several different drive companies, none of which ever bothered to show up to provide a quote so I was impressed when Michael popped round after his days work to come and provide an estimate. He was very helpful with ideas and designs. The price was very competitive and the job they had just finished looked great. I paid the deposit and we were booked in for March. Thankfully just before Christmas he managed to get us in and the lads were brilliant. From start to finish I was kept up to speed with what they were expecting to do each day and when I could expect the drive to be finished. The were polite, tidy and very prompt every day which is unusual in the building trade I've found. All of the lads were good at their job, friendly and a general pleasure to have working at our property. The drive looks amazing and it's made such a difference to the house and made our lives so much easier, no more mud being brought into the house by the children. We've had many compliments from passers by too. Thank you Michael, Fred and team. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Well where do I start with Stencil Tech Ltd. So professional and friendly from the first visit by Fred with the quote to the last visit which was Fred checking all the work done by his great team. The guys were friendly, hard working and started on time and finished when the light was gone. They ran into a problem with the fence posts being rotten when they dug the footings out for the garage. We have the whole fence replaced, the garden levelled (it was on two levels), a double garage base, a large shed base, the garden re-turfed and the crowning glory was the front garden, drive and rear patio done in imprinted concrete. Due to the fence having to be replaced it took the job over the estimated time but Fred and his Team worked hard to finish it, even through they had other work planned. Its stunning, so much so that when I came home from working away, I drove past the house as I didn't recognise it, it looked so totally different.

Being a relocated modular building this was no straightforward job, and Chris’ team adapted willingly as new issues were found, and cost effective solutions applied. Not only do the school have a wonderful useable resource, the whole site has been much improved thanks to their offer to complete some landscaping and clearance of rubbish, leaving the whole site looking amazing on the day they left. I had hired another company to do a project and they needed a road cut to finish the work. They were taking forever to get me the quote and provided no information about what they would do or when.
