We specialise in extensions and loft conversions which are great for those who do not wish to move but would like to gain more space; whether that is for an extra bedroom, study or living area. Managing your project from start to finish includes liaising with the council for building control, contract of works & instalment plan. We will always make sure the customer is aware of any disruption to their current home and ensure we can prevent as much disruption as possible. Is the option of replacing this with an extension or orangery too expensive? Then we can provide you with a warm roof. A warm roof construction is breathable, this mitigates the need for ventilation.
