Bruce no longer acts as the Party Wall Surveyor for the Building Surveyor or the Party Wall Surveyor for the Adjoining Owner. Expert Advice and Guidance Bruce is often asked for advice on current disputes, awards and actions and non-actions of appointed Party Wall Surveyors etc. The only advice he can give is what all Party Wall Surveyors should give; Contact a Party Wall Lawyer. Again Bruce does not give advice prior to being appointed; this is similar to approaching a Judge before the case is heard.
