Acer Building Services Ltd is a family-run business based in Crowborough, East Sussex. Established in 1993, we boast over 86 years of combined experience, making our talented builders experts in all aspects of the building work we undertake. We specialize in garage conversions, property renovations, house refurbishments, and property extensions. Our team caters to both domestic and commercial clients in Crowborough, Tunbridge Wells, Uckfield, and the surrounding areas.
Our Approach
Acer Building Services provides a hands-on design and construction service that we manage from start to finish. We handle all trades and coordinate between the client, architectural and technical services, as well as suppliers and local authorities to ensure all projects run smoothly. We offer first-rate design solutions based on our personal experience, always tailored to fit the client's budget. Our extensive experience allows us to overcome most on-site challenges and we possess a deep understanding of building products and application methods.

We provide a two-year workmanship guarantee on all work undertaken and pass on manufacturer warranties to customers where available. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and are covered with employer and public liability insurance. Through our FMB membership, we can also offer insurance-backed warranties. Acer Building Services are accredited members on TrustMark. All team members hold Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS Cards) and we have NVQ qualifications in carpentry and brickwork.

Our founder has always been passionate about timber frame construction, offering high insulation values and finishing these builds in a contemporary manner with vertical or horizontal cladding.
