Presume materials contain Asbestos unless there is strong evidence to suggest otherwise.
Assess the risk of disturbance/exposure of any Asbestos Containing Materials.
Monitor, review, and update the Asbestos management plan periodically.

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 only specifies requirements for Non-Domestic premises constructed before 1999.
