We always felt that we could raise concerns and Fran was always responsive. We had a large amount of work done including a loft extension & full remodelling of the upstairs. For the most part we were living there and never had any concerns with the team being in the house or around our children. The standard of work has been excellent. The best thing about working with Fran is his problem solving. Challenges inevitably come up but Fran would be super calm about how to work around them, making suggestions that balanced quality & price. He gave views when asked on design and this has created a beautiful space that we love. Occasionally there were fewer people than we hoped for on site but we appreciated that bottlenecks in materials etc does create some ups and downs.
