The firm currently provides a full Quantity Surveying and Estimating service covering all relevant aspects in the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors of the Construction Industry. There are very few practices that provides clients with exceptional levels of Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Health and Safety Advice, negotiation and Construction Consultancy Services.
Our company is highly commercial, entrepreneurial and innovative. Our approach is innovative and pro-active in pursuit of finding the best and most cost-effective means of achieving optimal solutions for the cost and contractual elements of every project.

Executive Director
Aymen is the Founder and Executive Director of Hamond Projects which is a leading edge Cost, Project Management and Development Consultancy business which specialises in delivering client focused, and high value project support to a diverse range of Clients in both the public and private sector.
He has extensive knowledge of development requirements relating to the residential, automotive and industrial sectors of the market. Aymen has acted as a client liaison officer for a number of large overseas investors and has lead successful bids for a number of large development sites placed on the market by public sector land owners. He has also attended specialist consultancy services to a number of clients in relation to disputes over dilapidations and contractual claims.
His previous experience is with Bowcliffe Chartered Surveyors involved project management, value engineering and cost control for a number of high profile projects.
Hamond Projects provides a wide range of quantity surveying and cost consultancy services and are recognised for cost planning of projects throughout their lifecycle.
The Project Managers role is essential is to provide a strategic leadership of a project from inception to post project evaluation this can be a single service or in conjunction with our core Quantity Surveying service.
The aim of the CDM regulations is to integrate health, safety and welfare into the management of all construction projects and to encourage everyone involved to work together as an integrated team to improve planning and management of projects from inception.
Hamond Projects provides the necessary reassurance that you are complying with the Party Wall Act, 1996, or advise you if the Act is not being complied with.
With experience in acting on behalf of local and national landlords and tenants, we provide advice on all aspects of commercial and residential Landlord and Tenant issues.
A Building Survey will report on the various elements of construction (chimneys, roofs, gutters, walls, joinery etc.) externally, and roof spaces, floors, ceilings, staircases, fireplaces etc. internally. These elements will be described and their condition reported on. The implications of the condition and options for repair will be identified.
