In July of 2023, Pro Seal did a drive replacement at a very reasonable price. The material was thick and relatively smooth and care was exercised with the placement within the existing brick border. The replacement was nearly twice the thickness of my original drive with one miner roller mark which I anticipated being concealed during the sealing process the following year. Here it is one year later and I contracted Pro Seal to seal my investment. I was quoted a price less than expected because this was my first time sealing the drive. They again started off addressing the edges and taking care around the brick border. However, when they sprayed the sealant to the interior of the drive, the material was applied somewhat unevenly and thin in various locations throughout the drive. I was somewhat dis-satisfied and felt my investment wasn’t adequately protected in certain areas. Per Pro Seal company statement "a commitment to going the extra mile every time for every client has established Pro-Seal Services as a company that stands head and shoulders above the rest in the paving and seal-coating arena" They came back and did the complete drive over again, spreading the material ‘by hand’ and I couldn’t ask for a better job. If I were to purchase the amount of material used and did the job myself, I don’t think it would be any cheaper. The sealant is also superior to what you get at the box stores. I offered additional compensation but they declined. In conclusion, the drive is solid, fully sealed, and has great curb appeal compared most drives in the neighborhood.

Kevin and Ray took great care to explain how they would complete the section inside the fence so it would look just like the main section of the driveway. I would like to share that this is a great group of workers!! They do an excellent job!! They are family men with excellent customer service. It is disappointing that ones perception of what is happening is posted for all the world to see in order to tarnish their livelihood. Perception is not fact. What is fact is that this African American man is parked in the back of a store. What can be implied is that he is taking a bathroom break, what can also be implied is there is a leak he is looking at and speaking to someone on the phone regarding. Fact: You taught your four year old that its okay to take a picture of someone and post, this can also be implied as cyber bullying. Great Parenting!!!

I was hit with a long list of HOA violations at the end of my real estate transaction with limited time to make corrections. Pro-Seal worked me into the schedule within my re-inspection needs, not only once, but twice! The driveway that once had dips, cracks, grass growing through, was faded and more was repaired and sealed beautifully, looking brand new. Then an unexpected flash heavy rain and storms came through the area and washed away much of the hard work put into the driveway. I was immediately re-added to the schedule to stay within my HOA timeframe. They worked me in at the end of their day just to ensure an expedited finished product, not even beginning their work until 6pm. Now that is dedication!
